Delivery and Acceptance

1 Delivery of Goods

The Goods are delivered within 5-21 business days after the order is confirmed. The Buyer is obliged to provide an accurate delivery address, email address and telephone number. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or the impossibility of contacting the Buyer.

2 Delivery Place

Deliveries are made only in the Republic of Armenia and do not include restricted areas such as prisons, military buildings, airports or similar places that are not considered the Buyer's residence or business area.

3 Delivery Time

Standard delivery times are 5-21 business days, deliveries are made on business days from 10:00 to 19:00.

4 Acceptance of Goods

Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the completeness or compliance of the Goods with the order. The Buyer must sign the transfer-acceptance document, confirming the receipt of the Goods.

5 Product Packaging and Condition

The Buyer must inspect the product to ensure that it is complete, undamaged and unused. If any defects or damage are discovered upon delivery, the Buyer has the right to reject the product and request a replacement.
